About Balance: This is a low cost yoga and therapy centre near the sea front, above V-Bites cafe on East Street. Fit Bitch Boot Camps: These are outdoor women’s fitness camps that aim to help women get fit while having fun. In addition to intensive boot camps for women, they run high Fit Bitch logointensity training sessions (which men are also welcome to attend). Attendees of the boot camps get a 10% discount at Brighton Apothecary when they show their wrist band.


Brighton Peace and Environment Centre: BPEC is a community in Brighton and Hove that works towards creating a just, peaceful and sustainable world. We have linked with BPEC because individual wellbeing is affected by the health of the community you live in BPEC logoand the planet we share.
